FAQs
1- Can I change my order?
Yes, we accept any changes to an order. Please note that if you need to make any changes to your orders, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.
2- How long will Order Processing take?
The order handling and processing may takes 3-5 business days. This means that your order(s) will generally be sent out within this period.
3- How do I know if my items have been shipped or not?
When your items have been dispatched, we will send a notification email to your registered email address. Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may not be available for the first 24 to 72 hours after you receive your Shipping Confirmation email. Several days may pass between package scans. We assure you that this is normal and will not affect your package delivery.
4- What are your Payment Methods?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal.
5- Where are your items shipped from?
Orders are shipped from our warehouses in US and Southeast Asia (Singapore, Malaysia, and China). As our items are stored in several warehouses, your order may be shipped in separate packages.
6- Can I change my shipping address?
Once you have placed an order, the information goes straight to the shipping department which takes 3-5 working days to process. After which the shipping department will send the tracking codes to the data entry to update the tracking codes and send shipping confirmation email to the customer. Hence, if you need to make any changes to your shipping address, please contact our Customer Service within 24 hours of placing the order.
7- When will I receive my items after I place an order?
The duration depends on the shipping method and the destination country. Delays may occur due to Holidays and/or any unforeseen events such as flood or typhoon. Please do note as well that custom inspections can be a factor during shipment. Our Standard Shipping typically takes 15-30 business days and depending on how fast customs in your country processes the package.
8- The tracking site says Delivered but I haven’t received my order yet.
Please note that we provide a tracking number to each customer. Kindly contact your local post office if the parcel arrived at your destination country. Please contact our Customer Service for further assistance. We are not responsible for any stolen packages.
SHIPPING TIME DISCLAIMER: Occasionally shipping times are delayed due to factors that are out of our control. No refunds will be issued until ninety (60) days have passed since the order was placed. Once the 60th day has been reached, we will initiate the refund process, or re-send the order.
9- I placed an order but I did not receive a order confirmation email. What's going on?
Please ensure that you enter the correct email address when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see whether your confirmation email has been sent there. If there is still no confirmation email , please email our support team at sales@mypocketdrone.com
10- I have a question that is not answered in this FAQ. How do I contact you?
